You can decide your own topic and titles within the niche scope of the blog. So for the PR4 finance blog, you must come up with a finance related article. You can choose your own title and overall topic of the article.

From each blog posts, you can get a maximum of 2 backlinks to your site(s) through your chosen anchor text.

Also, for the time being, you can submit as many posts you like on any blog you like.
